Functional illiteracy is a hidden but prevalent problem in the Netherlands, with 1 out of 6 people experiencing trouble doing their taxes, reading prescriptions or studying in general. With this animation Tintengroep, with over 17 organisations specialising in social work, seeks to address the problem and offer a helping hand through their various channels.
