The Open Monumenten Klassendagen are an additional program to the annual Open Monumentendagen, a day where thousands of historical buildings and sites are open to the public free of charge. Primary school students (years 6,7 and 8) get the opportunity to discover various monuments in Apeldoorn. This animation gives the students a quick introduction about the activities during the program.
The monuments had to be recognizable to the students. Colorful and playful character designs were used to balance out the more detailed monuments.
