The GGD Fryslân (the municipal health services) notification centre assists anyone who is worried about a troubled person in their environment, and they will connect the right people and authorities to aid the person in need. The animation, and parts of it, is used on the GGD's website and social media platforms to reach as many as possible.
The blue as main colour was chosen to counterbalance the pink used to depict strong emotions. The illustrated characters had to be as neutral as possible; after all anyone can be that person in need. Assets from the animation can, and were utilised in print, such as flyers.
